Huffington Post Tantra Series
"...Where Slow Food seeks to "defend biodiversity", Slow Sex might stand for "sexual diversity". This could be interpreted as being welcoming of all sexual orientations, as well as being supportive of moving beyond the basic missionary, or better yet, beyond the bedroom itself...."

What Is Integrity?
If someone asks for a commitment, and you don't really want to commit or aren't sure, don't commit. That include small gestures, like calling someone on the phone.

Facebook Posts and My Dinner Menu
Some say they don't like facebook. Why? "Because I do not want to know what my friend eat for dinner."
Well, for me. When I post what I eat onto facebook, it is not just what I eat. It is the entire experience of eating.
I give thanks for what I eat. I am grateful to be able to buy food, good quality food, from farmers and producers who spend their days to produce something for our enjoyment. I love to shop and pick something I truly enjoy. To cook it just how I like it! To anticipate the taste. To savor amazing flavors, and to give thanks again.
So here goes! Trader Joes Gouda, aged one year. So so so yummy. Sweeeeet fricken corn on the cob!!!! The hairs on the back of my neck are standing up! Snap! SNAP peas. They have sound!!! Fresh grilled lemony salmon. This is bliss!! BLISS... bliss for me to feel it, to touch it, to see it, to smell it, and taste it. I am alive!!!
Breathe with me. Feel it with me. Taste it with me. Enjoy life with me.
I'm being mindful. Tantra-full!

More Chocolate?
I could hardly contain myself when I got the email blast about the new Vosges Chocolate bars. 4 new ones!! Here is how they describe them!
Amalfi Bar,
The Amalfi coast of Southwest Italy inspired the bright citrus notes in this chocolate bar, where winding roads are draped by the heady scent of lemon trees.
Blood Orange Caramel Bar,
Our new generation of caramel filled bars will have you swooning at first bite. 70% cacao dark chocolate surrounds the molten, soft caramel center. The sweet blood orange puree juxtaposed to bitter aperitif Campari® and tart hibiscus will captivate your palate.
Black Salt Caramel Bar,
If you are a newcomer to the addictive combination of salt + chocolate, this bar is a must-try. Black Hawaiian salt or Hiwa Kai is a blend of sea salt and volcanic charcoal. The salt is harvested naturally in ocean pools that have formed from past volcanic eruptions.
Cherry Rooibos Bar,
Experience the health benefits of both red tea and chocolate in one candy bar! This African rooibos tea is a special blend from our friends at Argo Tea in Chicago, IL. Argo makes their tea by combining dried tea leaves with cherries, hibiscus and vanilla. Soft, bites of Michigan cherries...
I have got to try these, ASAP!!! Sorry the photos are not very clear but you get the idea.
