Facebook Posts and My Dinner Menu

Some say they don't like facebook. Why? "Because I do not want to know what my friend eat for dinner."

Well, for me. When I post what I eat onto facebook, it is not just what I eat. It is the entire experience of eating.

I give thanks for what I eat. I am grateful to be able to buy food, good quality food, from farmers and producers who spend their days to produce something for our enjoyment. I love to shop and pick something I truly enjoy. To cook it just how I like it! To anticipate the taste. To savor amazing flavors, and to give thanks again.

So here goes! Trader Joes Gouda, aged one year. So so so yummy. Sweeeeet fricken corn on the cob!!!! The hairs on the back of my neck are standing up! Snap! SNAP peas. They have sound!!! Fresh grilled lemony salmon. This is bliss!! BLISS... bliss for me to feel it, to touch it, to see it, to smell it, and taste it. I am alive!!!

Breathe with me. Feel it with me. Taste it with me. Enjoy life with me.

I'm being mindful. Tantra-full!

Namaste
